- Cut, packed and frozen in our San Juan processing room. Keep frozen at −18°C.
- Thaw in the fridge overnight, still in the pack. Do not refreeze once thawed.
- Order by 2 PM for delivery or pickup from the next working day, in Metro Manila. CCMP delivery is free from ₱3,000.
Cooking tip
Grill until golden on both sides and eat with salt and sesame oil, or chop for sisig.
